Bayesian evaluation for the likelihood of Christ's resurrection (edit 6)

I'm continuing to work on editing Bayesian evaluation for the likelihood of Christ's resurrection.

This week, I continued editing, down to the beginning of "Double checking the Bayes' factor: Lottery winner" section, smoothing over the transitions from switching parts 1 and 2 around.
